1 hr regiment

Okay so I'm starting a new regiment where I sit down for an hour and pump out a piece. After an hour it's done. No matter what it looks like. I figure this will speed up my process and teach me to focus on the what really matters without getting caught up in the small details. Anyway here's the first of many!
